Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026
The short version: you pay monthly after a free trial and can cancel anytime. Your inventory data belongs to you. The app helps you plan, but you are still responsible for your ordering decisions and for following the rules of your industry.
1. Who we are
Stock. Yield. Results. (the “Service”) is provided by SYR Management Services LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“SYR,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If the Service asks you to check a box or click to agree, that click is how you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that business (the “Customer”).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account, including by teammates you invite.
- Account owners and admins control who can access their company’s data and at what level.
3. Free trial, subscriptions and billing
- New companies receive a free trial (currently 14 days). No payment is required to start.
- If you choose a paid plan, it renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. If you choose a plan during your trial, billing starts when the trial ends.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive plan, subscription status, and billing dates. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- You can switch plans, update your card or cancel anytime from Account & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months, except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we may limit your account to read-only access until it is resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply at your next renewal.
4. Your data
- You own the data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”), such as items, vendors, stock counts, purchase orders and sales history.
- You give us permission to store and process Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service.
- You can export your data to CSV from within the app at any time.
- If your subscription or trial ends, your data stays available read-only. We may delete Customer Data 90 days after an account is inactive and unpaid, after emailing the account owner. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
- Do not upload information you are not allowed to share, and do not store patient health information, payment card numbers or government ID numbers in the Service.
5. Forecasts and recommendations
Reorder suggestions, par levels, forecasts, expiration alerts and explanations are estimates based on the data you enter and the assumptions you set. They are tools to support your decisions, not guarantees. You remain responsible for what you order, what you use or sell, and for checking results. We are not responsible for stockouts, overstock, expired or wasted product, or lost sales.
6. Regulated industries
Features such as lot tracking, recalls, controlled substance witnesses and hazmat flags help you stay organized. They do not replace records, reports or systems required by law, including those of the DEA, FDA, state boards of pharmacy, OSHA, the EPA or health departments. Those features are organizational only. SYR is not your compliance agent and does not take on any of your regulatory obligations. You are responsible for meeting the legal requirements that apply to your business.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law using the Service; try to access other customers’ data; interfere with or overload the Service; reverse engineer it or resell it without our written permission; or share accounts in a way that avoids plan limits. You also agree not to use the Service to violate any law that applies to your work.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what your paid plan includes, you may cancel.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or go unpaid, with notice when reasonably possible.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SYR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, inventory or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold SYR harmless from claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. If the business changes hands
- SYR may assign these Terms and transfer your account and the Service in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, change of ownership of SYR, or a sale of the Service or of all or substantially all of SYR’s assets or equity.
- A change in who owns SYR does not, by itself, require your consent. Your plan, your price, and your data go with your account; the company on the other side of the agreement is the only thing that changes.
- We will email the address on the account at least 30 days before the transfer, unless a shorter period is required by the transaction or by law, in which case we will give as much notice as is reasonably possible. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.
- As a condition of the transfer, the new owner must assume these Terms and the then-current Privacy Policy.
- If you do not want to continue with the new owner, you can cancel and export or download your data. You will not be charged again after you cancel.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our written permission.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect, at the email address on the account. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. If a change would add binding arbitration or reduce a privacy commitment already stated here, we will ask you to agree to it directly rather than rely only on your continued use.
16. Contact and the whole agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and SYR for the Service, and they replace anything said before about it. If a court strikes out part of these Terms, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce part of these Terms right away, we have not given up the rest. An email to the address on the account is enough notice from us. SYR is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
